Brian Barnes, the self proclaimed "FHA King", is the owner of Paradise Financial Group, Inc. and currently Division President of Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. for our new business partnership!  He has been in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry since 1980.  He has closed thousands of transactions to help his customers purchase their dream homes.
 

Brian is an industry expert in mortgage loans and specializes in FHA financing, having personally funded over 2,200 FHA loans since 1989. He has been published by the CA State Bar Association on divorce and how it affects credit. He has been interviewed for several Mortgage Industry magazine articles and has appeared on Chanel 2 news in the Bay Area for his insights into the Real Estate market.
 

Brian is a graduate of UC Berkeley, races a Viper World Challenge Comp Coupe in SCCA National/Viper Racing League, and most important, is the father of 3 beautiful daughters. He has been married to his wife and business partner, Wendy Barnes, since 1989.
